Responsible for a portfolio of several projects with a budget of over 100 million USD in areas such as climate, entrepreneurship, water and sanitation, social security, health, transport, science, innovation, and technology, etc. These projects involve both international and national, private and public partners.

OEI + FUNASA
BRASÍLIA - BRAZIL | FEB 2022 - FEB 2023
In 2022, I was responsible for the design and management of the project "Transformando a vida das Marias" - the first public policy focused on the theme of gender and rural sanitation in Brazil. Policy endorsed by the president of FUNASA, ANA, the Minister of Health of Brazil and the Minister of Women.
Responsible for leading a team of 30 consultants.

ASPEN INSTITUTE
WASHINGTON DC - BRAZIL | JULY 21 - APRIL 2022
As the Senior Program Coordinator at ANDE, I played a pivotal role in supporting program development and coordination. I was responsible for strategic planning, fundraising, event organization, communication management, reporting, knowledge development, and representing ANDE (Brazilian office) internationally. I successfully designed and implemented fundraising strategies, organized workshops and events, maintained effective communication channels, contributed to reporting and knowledge products, and engaged with stakeholders globally. With a strong focus on water and sustainable development, I made significant contributions to ANDE's mission, ensuring impactful outcomes and promoting ANDE's leadership in the field.

CENTRAL JACOBINA - AVINA Project

The AVINA Foundation was supporting a project in partnership with CENTRAL (Water Governance Model for Community Associations) aimed at revitalizing a new Water Supply Center in the rural locations of Sapucaia and Palmeirinha. This initiative aligns with the World Bank's commitment to strengthening the CENTRAL model, which promotes effective water governance through community associations. As a consultant, I have been entrusted with the crucial role of leading the project's execution and monitoring, overseeing its progress from inception to completion.

Nereda Advisor - RoyalHaskoningDHV

As the trainee responsible for improving MyNereda services, I had the opportunity to contribute to the success of Nereda water technology, an established technology that is a game-changer in sustainable wastewater treatment and environmental protection. To ensure successful support to clients worldwide, Nereda works closely with their partners in a Nereda Member Community, supported by an online platform called MyNereda. During my traineeship, I focused on enhancing the MyNereda services, aiming for a better user experience, efficient communication, and improved functionalities. With the collaboration of a dedicated team, we strengthened the partnership between Nereda and its member community, providing support and resources that drive the advancement of sustainable wastewater treatment solutions and promote global environmental protection.

UNESCO CONSULTANT
Brasília - Brazil | 2018 - 2019
During my time as a UNESCO consultant at FNDE (National Fund for Educational Development), I had the privilege of actively participating in the monitoring and evaluation of public school construction projects, employing the innovative SIMEC system. As part of my responsibilities, I took charge of analyzing the various processes involved in the construction projects. This involved conducting interviews with engineers and private constructors to gain valuable insights and identify areas where optimization was possible. By meticulously studying the project workflows, I was able to recommend improvements that would enhance efficiency and streamline the overall construction process. This comprehensive analysis allowed for better resource allocation, effective budget management, and timely completion of school buildings, ensuring that communities had access to safe and well-equipped educational facilities. It was a rewarding experience to contribute to the optimization of these projects, ultimately making a positive impact on the quality of education in the region.

CERB - WATER AND SANITATION COMPANY

During my internship at CERB Bahia (Bahia State Water Resources Company), I had the valuable opportunity to work in the dam security sector. This experience allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the critical role played by dam safety in ensuring the protection of communities and the environment. As an intern, I was actively involved in analyzing dam safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety measures to mitigate potential hazards. I had the privilege of working alongside experienced professionals in the field, collaborating with engineers and experts to monitor dam conditions, perform inspections, and analyze data to ensure compliance with safety standards. This internship provided me with a comprehensive insight into the complex and multidisciplinary nature of dam security, as well as the importance of maintaining robust safety measures to safeguard lives and resources.
